Refund/Return/Exchange Policy-
How do I return an item? Please read the following to assure a clear understanding of this shops refund/return policy.
• Fortunately returns are very rare.
• Any refund/return/exchange is handled on an individual basis. Please contact customerservice@katherinescornershops.com within 14 days of purchase.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• If you receive a damaged package please DO NOT open it, instead mark as return to sender and contact customer service immediately. Once received a replacement will be dispatched.
• Refunds will be for the purchase price minus shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
• Fine jewelry and purchases over $100 will access a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are NOT being exchanged and are not damaged.
• $5 or less jewelry, sale items (including clearance) is not refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
• Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: Katherines Corner Shops, 1067 S 1525 W, Syracuse Utah 84075 Returned items must be returned in the same condition received, without wear or damage and in its original packaging.
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and some may or may not apply to the Katherines Corner Shops. Custom orders, handmade, dropship, gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items and bulk orders are not refundable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, some banking institutions can take up to 30 days for your credit to appear. However this is rare and most process in 7-10 business days.
• Late or missing refunds (if applicable)-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted as noted above. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@katherinescornershops.com
